Privacy statement
We collect as little as we can. This page explains what, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who is responsible
Luvarly, Verdronkenoord 104-C, 1811 BH Alkmaar, the Netherlands (KvK 97726702), is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at sales@luvarly.com or +31 6 83607034.
2. What we collect and why
Contact form. When you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message, the topic you picked, any price estimate you chose and whether you want a reply by email or by phone (with your phone number if you ask us to call), plus the country your request came from. We use them to reply and to prepare a quote, and we send you one email to confirm your request arrived. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering you and, once you ask for a quote, steps taken at your request before a contract.
Clients. If you become a client, we also keep the details needed to deliver and bill our work: company name, contact person, address, country, KvK and VAT number, quotes, invoices and payments. The basis is the contract and our legal duty to keep financial records. For EU business clients, we check the VAT number with the European Commission's VIES service.
Calls and messages. If you phone or message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and what you write. We use it only to help you.
Booking a call. If you book a free call through our booking page, Cal.com receives your name, email address, the time you picked and any note you add, and passes them to us. We use them only for that call.
3. Measuring this website
We count three things: a contact form sent, a click on our phone number and a click on our WhatsApp link. Each count stores the page, the language, the website that sent you (domain only) and the form topic. It stores no IP address, name, email address or identifier and sets no cookie, so it cannot be traced back to you.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that data for marketing. If we add analytics later, we will describe it on this page.
5. Who processes your data
We use Cloudflare for hosting, the database, file storage, security and sending email, Stripe to collect payments from clients, and Cal.com to schedule calls. We never see full card numbers. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside the European Economic Area, with safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep requests sent through the contact form for 12 months after our last contact about them and then delete them automatically, or sooner when you ask. If you become a client, the details we need for the agreement move to our client records. Invoices and related records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires. Anonymous website counts contain no personal data and are kept for as long as they are useful.
Signed agreements, reports and other documents we exchange with clients are stored in the EU, for as long as the agreement runs and after that for as long as the law requires or a claim could still arise.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict how we use it, or to object to it. Email sales@luvarly.com and we will answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
