CRM software for B2B teams, from first call to signature.
Zenit keeps leads, companies, deals, quotes and contracts in one calm place and tells each seller what needs them today. Customers sign quotes online, renewals come up before the notice date, and we host it in the EU or you run it on your own server.

A sales manager's home screen in the demo. Every company and name in it is made up.
Your pipeline, stage by stage.
Zenit is CRM software for B2B teams in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. Every open deal sits on one board with its amount, close date and next step; below, each stage a deal passes and what Zenit does for you there.
New. Leads that explain their score.
Leads from your web forms and from your sellers land in one list, each with a score and the reasons behind it. Round-robin assignment spreads them over the team, and a warning stops two people calling the same company.
Hot, warm and cold at a glance
Assigned to the team in turn, or to one person
Converted into a company, a contact and a deal in one step
Qualified. Every deal tells its whole story.
A deal holds its contacts with the part each one plays, the products it sells, its quotes and every call, email and meeting. One-off and recurring amounts are kept apart, so you see what a customer is worth this year and every month after.
Products as quote lines, with a recurring price per month or year
Who decides and who influences, for every contact on the deal
Notes, calls, emails, tasks and meetings in one timeline
Demo. The day's work, on any screen.
Calls, meetings and tasks form one work list, with a week and month calendar per person or for the whole team. Today lists what needs each seller: overdue tasks, deals past their close date and quotes opened but not signed.
Today, overdue and upcoming in one list, with keyboard shortcuts on a laptop
A bottom bar on a phone, for a quick update between two visits
Notifications and emails in each person's own language
Proposal. Know when a quote is read.
Build a quote from the deal in a few clicks, with VAT per rate and reverse charge for business customers elsewhere in the EU. The customer opens it on a page of their own, and Zenit tells you how often and how recently, so you call while it is fresh.

Negotiation. Discounts within limits.
A discount above the limit you set does not reach the customer by itself: the quote waits for the sales manager, who sees the discount, the amount and the seller's reason in one list, and decides with one click.
Approve or reject, with the seller's reason beside it
Every earlier decision on the same page
Each decision recorded with who made it and when
Part of the quotes module
Won. Signed online, with the proof kept.
The customer signs on that same page, on a laptop or a phone, with their name and title. The deal is won the moment they do, and when it has a monthly or yearly price, a contract starts with it.

Renewal. Recurring revenue that renews on time.
Zenit adds up the MRR and ARR, lists what renews in the next 90 days, warns before the notice date passes and opens the renewal deal for you. A contract past its end date ends or renews on its own.

And what the quarter adds up to.
Per seller and per quarter: the quota, what is won, what they commit to, the best case and the pipeline behind it. A manager can adjust a seller's figures, and Zenit keeps both. The forecast is an optional module.

The core covers what every sales team needs. Seven modules are optional, and an installation holds only the ones you take: the code for the rest is not in it at all.

Built for selling in the Netherlands and Europe.
The rules a B2B sales team meets every week sit in Zenit itself, so nobody has to remember them.
VAT per rate
Quotes show VAT for each rate and handle reverse charge for business customers elsewhere in the EU.
Online signature
A simple electronic signature (art. 3:15a BW), with a SHA-256 fingerprint of the signed text as evidence.
Discount limits
A discount above the limit you set waits for a manager's approval before the quote can go out.
Marketing consent
Consent is recorded with its date, and campaigns and sequences skip anyone who asked not to be contacted.
Access and erasure
A contact's data exported in full (GDPR art. 15) or anonymised (art. 17), and both are logged.
Retention
Disqualified leads are deleted after the period you set, 24 months unless you choose otherwise.
Every change recorded
Who changed what and when, with the value before and after.
Nothing left in the browser
Pages with customer data are never kept in the browser's cache, and personal data never appears in a link.

Questions, answered.
Can Zenit replace Salesforce or HubSpot?
For many small and mid-sized B2B teams, yes: leads, deals, quotes, contracts and the forecast are all in it. It is deliberately smaller, without an app marketplace or a separate licence for every feature. If you depend on one particular integration, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can build it.
Does Zenit work in English?
Yes. Every user picks Dutch or English, and notifications and emails follow the language of the person who receives them.
Where is our data stored?
If we host Zenit, your data is stored in the EU and we sign a data processing agreement with you. If you host it yourself, the data stays on your server; only the backups and email you set up go elsewhere.
Can we bring our current customers along?
Yes. Zenit imports companies, contacts and leads from a CSV file, with column mapping, a check of every row and a choice of what to do with duplicates. We do the first import with you as part of the setup.
Is a quote signed in Zenit binding?
A quote signed in Zenit carries a simple electronic signature (art. 3:15a of the Dutch Civil Code), with the signer's name, the time, the IP address and a fingerprint of the exact text kept as evidence. That is how most quotes between businesses are signed; for an agreement where the law asks more, check with your lawyer.
How does the demo work?
You pick one of four roles and get your own copy of a made-up company with a year of sales history. Only you see what you change, and the copy is deleted after 14 days.
