Marketing software for in-house teams, from brief to results.

Prism gives a marketing team one place to plan the year, run campaigns from brief to results, and get creative work requested, made, reviewed and approved without email chains. In English or Dutch, hosted by us in the EU or on your own server.

The Prism home screen of a head of marketing: eight things that need them today, such as a brief to approve, a late request, a film to review and image rights that expire in six days, above the quarter's figures for pipeline, leads, budget spent, return on ad spend and the share of leads that reach sales.

A head of marketing's home screen in the demo. The brand, the people and the figures are made up.

The whole year, on one page.

Prism is marketing software for in-house teams of about 5 to 80 people. Programs get a budget and an owner, and the campaigns under them run from idea to the last day on air, on one timeline everyone reads the same way.

The demo brand's 2026, as Prism plans it. Every campaign and figure is made up.

From a colleague's request to work in review.

Sales wants flyers, HR wants photos, product wants copy. Here is the way a request takes, until the work lands in the review room.

  1. The request queue in Prism: seven requests to triage, such as flyers for UK dealers, a refreshed dealer deck and copy for a product page, each with the requester, priority, the date it is wanted, whether the first answer is on time, the assignee and the status.

Asked through a form, answered on time.

Colleagues ask through a form instead of a chat message, and marketing triages one queue: each request with its priority, the date it is wanted and the working days by which it gets a first answer.

    • Accept, decline or ask for more information
    • An accepted request becomes work or a campaign
    • The requester follows it without chasing anyone

    The requests module

  2. The Spring Ride 2027 campaign in Prism with its creative brief in review: the proposition highlighted in lime, buttons to request changes or approve the brief, and an approval panel showing it was written and sent for approval to the head of marketing.

Every campaign starts with an approved brief.

The brief goes from draft to review to approved, with the background, the audience, the key message, the channels and the approvers in one document everyone reads. Prism records who approved it and when.

    • Markets, flight dates and owner on top of every campaign
    • Deliverables, timeline, budget and results in the same place
    • Table, cards and timeline views of all campaigns
  3. The work board in Prism: columns for To do, In progress, In review, Changes required and Approved, with cards for deliverables such as a Meta carousel, a hero film and a bus shelter poster, each with a thumbnail, its campaign, owner, due date and tasks done.

All the work on one board.

Every ad, film, post and poster is a deliverable with its owner, due date, tasks and versions. The board shows what is to do, in progress, in review, sent back and approved, across every campaign.

    • New versions uploaded straight into review
    • Tasks and a checklist on every deliverable
    • Board, list and my work, filtered by campaign, channel or deadline

Feedback in one room, not forty emails.

Every version of an ad, a film or a poster is reviewed in a dark viewing room: comments pinned to the spot they are about, approval in stages, and a decision with one key.

The review room in Prism for version 2 of the brand film cut-downs: the video with a numbered pin on the rider, three comments beside it, two with a time code and one from a guest reviewer, and the decision bar for stage 3 of 3, sign-off.
  1. Pinned comments

Click on the creative to leave a note on that exact spot. On a video the note keeps its time.

  2. Versions side by side

Compare v1 with v2 before you decide, so nobody has to ask what changed.

  3. Approval in stages

Brand, then legal, then sign-off, each stage with its own reviewers, set once for the workspace.

  4. Reviewers without an account

A review link for an agency or a manager outside marketing. It expires, and you can revoke it.

Approved work, kept with the right to use it.

Approved creatives go into one library with their licence, the markets they may be used in and the date the rights run out. Prism warns before a licence expires and shows every place the asset is still used.

Pay for the modules you use.

The core covers what every marketing team needs. Six modules are optional, and an installation holds only the ones you take: the code for the rest is not in it at all.

The things that go wrong in marketing teams, from an expired photo licence to an ad nobody signed off, are what Prism keeps an eye on.

  • Usage rights

Every asset carries its licence, its markets and an expiry date, with a warning before the rights run out.

  • Who approved what

Every version keeps its decisions, stage by stage, with who decided and when.

  • Five roles

Admins, the head of marketing, marketers, creatives and stakeholders each see what their work needs.

  • Budget where it belongs

Creatives never see budget figures, and stakeholders see no budget or results.

  • Links that expire

A review link for someone outside the company has an end date and can be revoked at any time.

  • Every change recorded

An audit log of who changed what, exportable as CSV.

  • Export and anonymise

A workspace's data exported on request, and a person's data anonymised when they leave.

  • Nothing left in the browser

Pages with your data are never kept in the browser's cache.

Questions, answered.

Who is Prism for?

For in-house marketing teams of roughly 5 to 80 people, and for the colleagues in sales, product, HR and legal who ask marketing for work and approve it. It is not built for agencies that manage several clients.

Does Prism connect to Google Ads, Meta or Google Analytics?

Not out of the box yet. The demo's results are made up, and Prism is built to take one connector per channel. Linking your own accounts is part of the setup at a fixed price, because each platform asks for its own review and verification.

Does Prism publish our social posts?

Prism plans, previews and approves posts per network in the social module, so everyone sees what goes out and when. Publishing itself still happens in each network's own tools.

Can people outside our company review work?

Yes. Send a review link to an agency, a freelancer or a manager without an account. They see that one version, can comment and, if the link allows it, decide. The link expires and can be revoked.

Where is our data stored?

If we host Prism, your data is stored in the EU and we sign a data processing agreement with you. If you host it yourself, the data stays on your server; only the backups and email you set up go elsewhere.

How does the demo work?

You pick one of five roles and get your own copy of a made-up e-bike brand with a full marketing year. Only you see what you change, and the copy is deleted after 14 days.
